The factory passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification and 16949 Certification, and has the right to operate its own import and export rights. The factory's products are mainly divided into:
Oil pump gear series, the production of the P75/76, P50/51, P30/31, P330, P315, P350 series with the United States Parker, PERMCO's gear exchange; production of CBG series of gear supporting Liugong, Xiamen workers supporting factories; production The CBY and CBF series aluminum pump gears are well sold in domestic gear pump factories; the KP series gears produced are used in the Southeast Asian market.
PTO (power take-off) gear series, the production of 02T, 03T, 06T, 15T and other series PTO gear exchange with the United States CHELSE, MUNCIE companies.
The vane pump shaft, plunger shaft series, V20 series, V30 series, V35 series, V45 series vane pump shafts can be interchanged with REXROTH, VICKERS, DENISON shafts.
The factory also produces hydraulic stacker gears, electric vehicle gears, servo motor shafts, logging machine gears, and robotic gears. Can also be customized according to the needs of users a variety of straight teeth, helical teeth, umbrella teeth and so on.
The factory owns YK7232 produced by Qinchuan Machine Tool, YE7212 CNC worm gear grinding machine, YK7163 CNC face grinding machine, YKS7336 CNC forming grinding machine, and Switzerland-made REISHAUER CNC worm gear grinding machine.
It has a CNC gear shaping machine of Yichang Changji, 3180 and 3120 CNC gear hobbing machines of Chongqing Machine Tool, CNC external-end grinding on the machine, and cylindrical grinding machines, internal circular grinding machines and dozens of CNC lathes. It has a gear testing center in Harbin, a 3204B gear testing machine, a rough meter, a projector in Switzerland, a hardness tester and more than a dozen sets of testing equipment, and a set of CNC heat treatment multi-purpose furnaces produced in Taiwan.
